It’s over ten years since we met and this last decade has been a real upward trajectory, you helped in the darkest of times and I am forever grateful for that help.

Having worked for the same organisation for over 20 years, the prospect of looking for a new job/career was daunting to say the least. I didn’t have any preconceived ideas about what I would gain and learn from the sessions with Dickson Lewis except perhaps help with my CV... boy was I pleasantly and gratefully surprised (and shocked at my arrogance!). The experience was more than useful providing me with CV tips, interview skills, how to make the most of the recruitment tools and agents on the market and most of all how to sell yourself!  Pauline is great, motivational and inspiring with exceptional experience in an area I had very little knowledge of before the sessions.

Although I work in HR, I still found this process helpful and it made me look at recruitment from the ‘other side’. A must for professionals who may be finding the current job market very challenging. A positive experience which gave some much needed motivation.
