Pauline Dickson, Director of Dickson Lewis, is an experienced executive coach, career strategist and international trainer who enjoys creating a safe learning environment to facilitate reflection and influence positive change.

Working throughout the UK, Europe, Africa and the US, Pauline is a confident speaker who is direct in her approach with an intuitive understanding of people and organisations. Using a mixture of her personal and business experience, she quickly understands business context leading to effective communications and accelerated change, both on an individual level and organisationally.

Having started work in the Recruitment sector in 1996, Pauline has extensive personal experience of recruitment and job markets, managing change, outplacement programs and growing and leading teams based in multiple locations.
